• Super Cone can unlock, adjust one half inch and relock in thirty seconds under full crushing load without stopping. Adjusting threads have hydraulic pressure during adjustment to eliminate thread chatter
• Super Cone shows you the exact cone setting in inches, tenths, and hundredths. You can zero out crusher liner wear periodically as needed. Liner wear accumulates during operation. When the cone liner reaches the suggested maximum wear point it sends a flashing 'CHANGE CONE' message to the cone setting meter
• There is a digital display of the crusher rock level in the cone crusher cavity, allowing the operator to choke feed the cone and maintain this feed without fear of rising over the top. The operator has a graphic chart and digital read out in inches
• The setting meter shows the current cone setting. Push the SET switch and the cone adjust up or down as directed. Return the switch to neutral and adjustment stops. The new set position will read out on the cone setting meter.
• Adjust the material in-feed, the crusher setting and cavity depth to reach full amp draw. This results in maximum crusher output. Everything is monitored from the operator's station under full load. No stopping to make adjustment.
